Construction Team Member (Entry-Level / Immediate Opening)
Start immediately and learn real construction skills on active job sites.
What you’ll do: 

• Assist with decks, remodeling, and exterior work
• Follow job checklists and instructions
• Keep job sites clean and organized
Pay:
$15/hr starting (raises based on performance)

Working Foreman / Crew Lead (Coming Soon)

We are also preparing to hire a crew lead to run job sites and manage small crews.
